Until about a year ago, I had spent 11 years serving churches as part of their full-time staff. I enjoyed many opportunities to teach students and adults the awesome message of the Gospel – the God of the Universe, in His infinite love, sent His Son to die for the sins of the world. Even more, He invited all of humanity to know Him better through a personal relationship.

When I stepped down from my pastorate just over a year ago, I had no idea where the Lord would lead me and my family. I have longed for opportunities to teach again and it has been nearly non-existent. Until now. Over the past 10 or so weeks, I have received 5 invitations to speak. I can’t tell you how excited I am.

My hope is that God will continue to allow me to preach while raising support for NEXT Worldwide. My heart is definitely taken with missions and leadership development but I absolutely LOVE teaching about the Scriptures. Ideally, we will see great strides in raising support and also an increase in invitations to speak in local churches. Either way, I’m grateful for a welcome change and for the opportunities to continue doing what I love.
