Over the next few days, I’ll be posting a blogseries about my journey from a full-time, salaried position on a church staff to a full-time, support-based position with a non-profit missions organization called NEXT Worldwide. I am in the midst of this transition but wanted to share the journey thus far. Much like the picture above, most of the story is under the surface. My goal is to let you in on the journey and the feelings, thoughts and emotions behind this change.
