Tsinghua University Science Museum recently launched its annual special exhibition—The Era of Airwaves: An Exhibition on the Early History of Radio Technology—featuring 128 scientific artifacts.

Spanning over a century, the exhibition retraces the early development of radio technology and its profound impact on society and culture through rare scientific artifacts, historical images, and interactive installations. It honors the pioneers of science and technology while showcasing radio's timeless appeal and vitality via the interpretations of contemporary artists.
Running until March 2026, the exhibition presents a panoramic journey of radio technology — from theoretical breakthroughs to industrial revolution — through five thematic sections featuring 128 rare scientific artifacts, historical images, and interactive exhibits.
